Nikki has enjoyed a 22 year career in health and social care working for some of the largest charities in the UK as a Learning and Development Partner. This includes working for The Royal Mencap Society for 9 years.
Nikki is a qualified Mental Health First Aid England Instructor Member and Be Well’s mission is to train 1 in 10 people as Mental Health First Aiders.
As a passionate mental health advocate, Nikki knows this will help towards ending stigma and discrimination. Nikki’s drive to work towards achieving equality for all people is a commitment she has dedicated her work and service to.
Nikki has a vast range of experience delivering the consultancy and bespoke training options on offer to colleagues from health & social care, education, the third sector, public and private organisations.
Nikki also volunteers as a mentor for Wirral based Open Door Charity. A multi award winning modern support service for young adults (15-30) experiencing mental health issues and mental health illness.

Charlotte has a passion for inclusivity and equality. This passion has developed from her 8 years experience in Health & Social Care working on the frontline and in management for one of the UK’s largest charities.
Charlotte has a level 3 in Health and Social care and a wealth of experience in the field of support for people with learning disabilities.
In 2017, Charlotte launched a nationwide campaign in her area to ensure people with learning disabilities are treated fairly and equal when accessing health care. Charlotte’s dedication to her work was recognised by the charities CEO, for going above and beyond the call of duty. Charlotte is a Mental Health First Aider and a passionate Mental Health advocate. she would like to play an active role in ending the stigma and discrimination related to all mental health issues.
