This course is aimed at parents, carers and those working in a supportive capacity.
Through a series of exercises, discussions and activities, participants will increase awareness of their stresses, recognise the early warning signs and know how to monitor and manage their own level of risk and increase their coping strategies.
Participants will leave with strategies to make positive marginal gains which increase the ability to accept and cope with change, build emotional resilience and boost wellbeing.

This short course is designed for those wishing to have a greater understanding of stress and the impact this can have on our mental well-being. They will develop skills in recognising sources of stress, our attitude towards stress and how we can reduce some of the more negative aspects of stress. Through a series of exercises, discussions and activities, participants will increase their awareness, recognise the early warning signs and know how to monitor and manage their own level of stress.
Small changes, big impact is a program based on supporting those with busy lives to take some time to reflect and be empowered to take control of their lives. this is achieved through simple, actionable activities which will lead to an increased sense of resilience and wellbeing.
For the best possible outcome this program is designed to be delivered by a facilitator to a small group of between 6-12, with one 90 minute session once a week for 4 consecutive weeks. This could be delivered face to face or online.
